The Company received notification that, as at 13 December 2011, Mr M Wheeler's holding has increased to 1,796,107 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company. Mr Wheeler's holding represents 4.10 per cent of Energiser's issued ordinary share capital and voting rights.
