The directors of Billam Plc. today announced that they had received confirmation
from investee company Tigerex Group Ltd  that it had completed a placing of
further shares in the Company raising a total of US$2.36M from existing
shareholders led by the Prudential Corporation Holdings Ltd. The placing will
allow the Company to further  develop its operations in the  Asia/Pacific Region
and will importantly enable it  to expand  into European markets over the next
12 months where it has identified a significant number of opportunities.
