Director share purchase

Arlington Group Asset Management Limited, of which Charlie Cannon-Brookes, a director of Duke Royalty, is a director and shareholder, informed the Company on 11 December 2015 that on that day it purchased 10,000 Duke Royalty ordinary shares of no par value ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 50 pence per share.

Following the purchase of these shares, Arlington Group Asset Management Limited owns 260,000 Ordinary Shares representing 3.3 per cent. of the Company's total voting rights. Charlie Cannon-Brookes owns 158,517 Ordinary Shares directly and is therefore interested in 418,517 Ordinary shares representing 5.3 per cent. of the Company's total voting rights.
