Planning Permission Granted on Second Acquisition
Dukemount Capital plc, the long-dated income provider and property management company is pleased to announce that this afternoon, it has been granted planning permission for a minor extension to be built on the second acquisition.
The extension was requested by Inclusion Housing and the care provider, Lifeways Group to accommodate an increase in rooms and to add office space in the property. As previously announced, this will enhance the value of the acquisition due to the increased rental payable on the property.
