Notification made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R(1)(a) of the Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules.

The Company has been notified that Federico Marescotti, a non-executive director of the Company, acquired 1,500 ordinary shares of 25p each in Dunedin Enterprise Investment Trust PLC on 16 November 2011 at a price of 309.2 pence per share.  The transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange. 

Federico Marescotti now holds 4,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in Dunedin Enterprise Investment Trust PLC, representing 0.01% of the Company's issued share capital.
