Dunedin Enterprise Inv Trust PLC 03 January 2007 Dunedin Enterprise Investment Trust PLC Changes to Board of Directors The Board of Dunedin Enterprise Investment Trust PLC ('Dunedin Enterprise') is pleased to announce the appointment of Brian Finlayson as a non-executive director with effect from 1 January 2007. Sandy Dudgeon resigned as a non-executive director of Dunedin Enterprise with effect from 31 December 2006. Mr Finlayson has over thirty years of experience in private equity and corporate finance. He joined the Bank of Scotland in 1963, and in 1975 moved into corporate finance with the British Linen Bank. He joined British Linen Fund Managers in 1980 and was appointed managing director of Dunedin Capital Partners in 1990, becoming deputy chairman in 1999 and retiring from Dunedin Capital Partners in March 2002. He is currently a non-executive director of Latchways plc and Quayle Munro Holdings plc. Commenting on the appointment, Ned Dawnay, Chairman of Dunedin Enterprise said: 'I am delighted that Brian Finlayson has agreed to join us as a non-executive director. He has a considerable amount of private equity and corporate finance experience which will compliment the skills of our board.' Additional details requiring disclosure in relation to Brian Finlayson under 9.6.13R of the UKLA Listing Rules: (a) He is currently a director of Latchways plc and Quayle Munro Holdings plc. (b) In the previous five years he has held a directorship position with Dunedin Capital Partners Limited, Dunedin Capital Holdings Limited, Group Trust plc, Group Finance Limited and Dunedin Capital Group Limited. There is no further information which would require disclosure under 9.6.13R of the UKLA Listing Rules.
