Directorate Change

The Directors of Dunedin Income Growth Investment Trust PLC (the "Company") announce, with great regret, that the Chairman of the Company, Mr Rory Macnamara, passed away on 17 December 2016. Rory had served as a Director of the Company since 2005 and as Chairman since 2012. During this time, the Board benefited hugely from Rory's significant knowledge and experience. The Board extends its thoughts and sympathy to Rory's family.

The Board will advise shareholders in due course of the appointment of a new Chairman but in the meantime has appointed the Senior Independent Director, Mr John Carson, as acting Chairman with immediate effect.
