Dunedin Income Growth Investment Trust PLC
(the "Company")
Dividend
The Board has declared a second interim dividend of 5.05p per Ordinary Share for
the year ended 31 January 2005 in substitution for the final dividend of the
same amount proposed in the Company's Annual Report and Accounts 2005. This
substitution is as a result of the omission of the resolution to declare a final
dividend from the Company's Notice of the Annual General Meeting to be held on
27 April 2005 due to an administrative error. The payment and record dates for
the second interim dividend payment remain the same, 29 April 2005 and 29 March
2005 respectively.
