Renewal of Loan Facility

The Company announces that it has today entered in to a £30 million multi-currency revolving credit facility with The Bank of Nova Scotia, London Branch.

This facility replaces the expiring £15 million revolving credit facility with Scotiabank (Ireland) Designated Activity Company and is for a period of two years to 13 July 2023.  

Under the terms of the facility, subject to the Lender's credit approval, the Company has the option to increase the level of commitment from £30 million to £40 million at any time, should further investment opportunities be identified.

The Company has drawn down €15.6 million (sterling equivalent £13.3 million) under the new facility for a one month interest period and the level of gearing remains unchanged.
