Board Appointment
Dunelm, the leading out-of-town specialist homewares retailer, is pleased to announce the appointment of Liz Doherty as a Non-Executive Director, with effect from 1st May 2013. Liz will be a member of the Audit and Risk, Remuneration and Nominations committees.
Liz has held a number of senior finance roles within significant international businesses. Most recently, she was Finance Director of Reckitt Benckiser PLC. Prior to this, she was Finance Director of Brambles Limited (Australia) and Group International Finance Director of Tesco PLC. She started her career at Unilever PLC, where she held a number of finance roles in the UK and Europe. Liz has been nominated to the Boards of Nokia Corporation and Delahaize Group as a Non-Executive Director, subject to shareholder approval, and is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.

Consistent with emerging best practice, the Company's annual report to shareholders for 2012/13 will include a full analysis of the criteria used and the basis upon which the selection of Liz Doherty was made.
