Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMRs)
On 1 August 2022, the Company granted conditional awards (Awards) under the DWF Group plc Equity Incentive Plan (the EIP) over Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company (Shares) to its PDMRs as set out in the announcement dated 4 August 2022.
The Remuneration Committee has determined the following performance targets for the Awards:
