The document, along with all documents relating to the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), are available on the Company's website:  www.eagleeye.com .  Printed copies are today being posted to shareholders. 

The AGM will be held at 1.00 p.m. on 18 November 2021 at the offices of Taylor Wessing at 4 New Street Square, London, EC4A 3TW.
