Issue of Equity
Eagle Eye, the SaaS technology company that validates and redeems digital promotions in real-time for the grocery, retail and hospitality industries, announces that it has applied for the admission to trading on AIM of 12,500 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") following the exercise of certain options over Ordinary Shares. Dealings are expected to commence on 26 June 2017.
Following the issue of the 12,500 new Ordinary Shares, the total number of Ordinary shares in issue as at the date of this notice is 25,323,827 with each share carrying the right to one vote. There are no shares held in Treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is, therefore, 25,323,827.
The above figure of 25,323,827 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
