Confirmation of  Directorate Changes

Verditek plc, (AIM:VDTK) the clean technology company is pleased to announce, further to its announcement of 7 May 2020, the appointment of Robert Richards to the Board of the Company.

As announced previously, Rob was appointed CEO on 7 May 2020 and after successful completion of due diligence is now appointed to the Board.  

The following additional information is provided in accordance with Rule 17 paragraph (g) of Schedule Two to the AIM Rules for Companies:

Rob has been awarded 4 million share options in Verditek at a price of 3p per ordinary share vesting in part in December 2020 (1,200,000 share options), in April 2022 (1,200,000 share options) and in April 2023 (1,600,000 share options). The last two tranches are subject to certain financial targets being met.

This award was in connection with the terms of his initial hiring as commercial Director prior to his appointment as CEO.

The announcement dated 7 May 2020, disclosed that Rob holds 2,000,000 ordinary shares in Verditek.  This should have stated 2,437,833. All other information in the announcement remains the same.

Lord David Willetts, Chairman of Verditek, commented: " It will be great to have Rob on the Board. He is already making a big impact as CEO and opening up important new opportunities for the sale of our panels."
