easyJet PLC

                        easyJet plc ('the Company')


Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the London
Stock Exchange for 450,000 ordinary shares of 25p each ('shares') to be admitted
to the Official List.

These shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued
pursuant to the following schemes:


Scheme                                                Shares

easyJet  Switzerland Pre-flotation scheme            300,000
easyJet Non-approved Discretionary scheme            100,000
easyJet Approved Discretionary scheme                 50,000


It is expected admission will be granted on 25 January 2006 and that trading
will commence on 26 January 2006.

When issued, these shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary
shares.
