Confirmation of directors' interests in shares
Following Admission of the company's ordinary shares, the following shares
have been allotted to two directors under the Share Bonus Scheme, as set out
in paragraph 5.3 of Part VII of the Listing Particulars dated 22 November
2000:
Vilhelm Hahn-Petersen 22,581 ordinary shares of 25p each
Nick Hartley 6,452 ordinary shares of 25p each
Furthermore John Quelch, a non-executive director, has been granted options
over 12,992 ordinary shares of 25p each with an exercise price of 310p per
share under the terms of the Share Bonus Scheme.
In addition, Nick Hartley has acquired 280 ordinary shares of 25p each by way
of participation in the gift scheme set out in paragraph 5.1 of Part VII of
the Listing Particulars dated 22 November 2000.
