Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the London
Stock Exchange plc for 507,220 Ordinary shares of 25p each ('shares') to be
admitted to the Official List.

It is expected admission will be granted on 13 May 2004 and that trading will
commence on 14 May 2004.

These shares are being issued as a result of the exercise of share options under
the Exercise of option under the easyJet plc Approved Share Option Scheme
(241,039); easyJet plc Non-Approved Share Option Scheme (136,886); and easyJet
plc Switzerland Pre-Flotation Scheme (129,295)and will rank pari passu with the
existing issued ordinary shares.
