In June easyJet maintained high load factors while re-iterating its commitment
to growth, reducing costs, and innovation by developing exciting new ancillary
products.
Underpinning its long-term growth, easyJet confirmed firm orders for delivery of
35 Airbus A319 aircraft during 2011 and 2012. This brings easyJet's total
number of confirmed Airbus A319s on order to 122, with a list price of over $7
billion. These orders will ensure that easyJet continues to operate one of the
youngest, cleanest, greenest fleets of any major airline in Europe.
At the end of June, easyJet also announced the completion of its tender for
engine maintenance, which guarantees provision of efficient, low-cost
maintenance services with the world's leading engine maintenance supplier. The
10 year agreement with GE Aviation covers maintenance and overhaul of easyJet's
CFM56 engines, which power its fleet of Airbus and Boeing aircraft. The
agreement, which covers as many as 340 shop visits, is valued at around $1
billion.
easyJet has also launched easyJetHolidays thereby continuing to innovate and
bring convenience to its customers. easyJetHolidays offers total flexibility
when planning holidays and allows customers to save time and effort with access
to over 900 daily flights and a choice of 10,000 hotels and apartments at the
best prices, underpinned by a price promise guarantee.

1.Represents the number of earned seats flown. Earned seats include seats that
are flown whether or not the passenger turns up because easyJet is a no-refund
airline, and once a flight has departed a no-show customer is generally not
entitled to change flights or seek a refund. Earned seats also include seats
provided for promotional purposes and to staff for business travel.
2. Represents the number of passengers as a proportion of the number of seats
available for passengers. No weighting of the load factor is carried out to
recognise the effect of varying flight (or 'stage') lengths.
3. Represents statutory revenue (unaudited).
