DIRECTORS DEALINGS

In order to satisfy bids arising from institutional demand the following
directors yesterday agreed to sell an aggregate of 1,440,000 ordinary shares of
25p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares'), as detailed below:

Sarah Jane Thomson        720,000              101.5p             2.505%



Following these transactions, their combined holding now represents 50.68% of
the Company's issued share capital. Stephen Thomson and Sarah Jane Thomson
respectively hold 7,282,393 and 7,282,394 Ordinary Shares representing 25.34%
each of the Company's issued share capital.
