Eckoh Technologies plc has made application for 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 
0.25p ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on the Alternative 
Investment Market

The Ordinary Shares are being issued pursuant to the exercise of options. 
Admission is expected to become effective on 17 December 2003. Copies of this
