                               Additional Listing

Eckoh plc ("Eckoh") has today issued 22,963 ordinary shares of 0.25p pursuant to
the exercise of Eckoh share options by Symphony employees.

An application for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on the
Alternative Investment Market has been made and dealings in these shares are
expected to commence on Thursday 16 November 2006.

The Board of Eckoh announces that it now has in issue 273,904,187 ordinary
shares of 0.25p each
