Board Appointments
Eckoh Technologies PLC ("Eckoh"), a leading European speech application services
provider, is pleased to announce the board appointments of David Best as
Non-Executive Chairman and Craig Niven as Non-Executive Director.
David replaces Ian Martin, who announced his intention to step down in March
2002, and will formally accept the position from 1st November 2002. David has
been a Non-Executive Director of Eckoh since it floated on the London Stock
Exchange in December 1999, and also holds Non-Executive Director positions at
CODAScisys plc, Britannic Smaller Companies Trust Plc, and SHL Group plc.
Eckoh is also pleased to announce today that Craig Niven will become a
Non-Executive Director, effective from 30th October 2002. Craig is currently
Chief Executive officer of Arlington Group plc, which is Eckoh's largest
shareholder.
