Eckoh sells the TV division of its Connection Makers subsidiary
Eckoh plc, the UK's largest provider of hosted speech recognition services,
announces the sale of the TV division of its Connection Makers subsidiary for a
consideration of £1m in cash payable over the next two years. The deal is
expected to conclude by the end of October subject to necessary regulatory
approvals being obtained.
This is the latest step in the ongoing strategy to simplify the Group and focus
efforts on the high growth speech solutions activity. Strategic options for the
remainder of the Connection Makers business are also being actively considered.
