                               Directorate change

Eckoh Technologies plc ("Eckoh") announces that Brian McArthur Muscroft, Group
Finance Director, has resigned from the Board with immediate effect in order to
take up a position as Group Finance Director elsewhere.

Brian has however agreed to stay on until the Annual General Meeting on 28th
July 2004 in order to assist with the transition process.  A further
announcement regarding the appointment of a new Group Finance Director will be
made in due course.

David Best, Chairman of Eckoh commented:
