Eckoh signs collaboration agreement with a Global Management Consultancy
Eckoh, the UK's leading developer of speech recognition solutions for customer contact centres, today announces the signing of a teaming agreement with a global management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company (the "Consultancy"), to collaborate in offering services to both parties' clients and prospective customers.
The partnership, effective immediately, has been created to meet the growing demand from organisations to achieve lower operating costs and capital expenditure, while enhancing consumer loyalty through improving customer experience. In particular, Eckoh and the Consultancy will focus on the public sector organisations to help meet large spending cuts without compromising on service quality.
Both organisations have complementary capabilities that they do not have in their respective organisations. It will be to the mutual benefit of both companies, as well as their customers, to provide a combined service offering, which will leverage the established operations infrastructure, sophisticated speech technologies and industry-leading practices of the two organisations. There are a number of joint opportunities currently under consideration.
