                           Additional Listing

The  Board has been notified today that an employee has acquired  69,000
Lawrence ordinary shares as a result of the exercise of options over the
following:

15,000 ordinary shares at a price of 130p per share granted to him on 27
August 1997
24,000 ordinary shares at a price of 125p per share granted to him on 16
October 1998
30,000 ordinary shares at a price of 132p per share granted to him on 11
October 1999

Accordingly, application has been made for 69,000 new ordinary shares to
be admitted to trading on the Alternative Investment Market on Monday  8
December 2003.

Following this, the number of shares in issue will be 26,537,952.
