Eco Animal health Group plc ("Eco" or the "company") announces that the Board of
Eco on 30th April 2009 granted, under the Company's Employee Share Option
Schemes ("the schemes"), 100,000 options to Mr M Loomes, 70,000 to Mrs J Trouse
and 70,000 to Mr K Stockdale, all Directors of the company.

All options so granted are exercisable at a price of £1.47 per share and become
exercisable from 30th April 2012.

Following this transaction Mr Loomes has options over 783,750, Mrs Trouse has
options over 326,100 and Mr Stockdale has options over 170,000.
