Director shareholding

Following the placing of the new Eco shares announced on 21 December 2009, the Company has been
notified that the holding of Peter Lawrence, executive chairman of the Company and parties
considered related parties to Mr Lawrence under the AIM Rules for Companies, is now 10,771,429
ordinary shares of 5 pence each or 20.87% of the issued share capital of the Company.
