Eco Animal Health Group plc ("Eco" or the "Company")
ISSUE OF EQUITY
The Company announces that on 25 May 2009, 20 new ordinary shares of 5p each
were issued to a shareholder who elected to receive new shares instead of cash
for the interim dividend in respect of the year ended 31 March 2009 and who held
Ordinary shares on the record date of 17 April 2009. The new shares are
expected to be admitted to trading on 2 June 2009.
Following this scrip dividend, the Company has 46,633,189 ordinary shares in
issue.
