Dublin, Ireland - EcoSecurities Group plc ('EcoSecurities' or the
'Group'), one of the world's leading companies in the business of
sourcing, developing and trading carbon credits from greenhouse gas
emission reduction projects, announces that Pedro Moura Costa has
today resigned from the Board and from his position of President to
pursue other interests.
Since joining the Company in October 2007, Adrian Fernando, Chief
Operating Officer, has assumed responsibility for the overall
coordination of the Group's operations.
The Board confirms trading is in line with its expectations and
anticipates giving a trading update for the two months ending
30 April 2009 at the AGM on 21 May 2009.
