EcoSecurities Group plc Re: Announcement by Guanabara Holdings B.V. The Board of EcoSecurities Group plc ("EcoSecurities") notes the announcement made this morning by Guanabara Holdings B.V. that the offer document detailing its cash offer for the entire issued and to be issued share capital of EcoSecurities at a price of 77 pence per share (the "Offer") was posted to shareholders of the company on Wednesday 22 July 2009. The Board, which has already rejected the Offer on the basis that it is wholly inadequate, will respond in detail when the Board issues its formal response setting out the views of the Board on the Offer on or before 5 August 2009.
