Announcement of Results of Annual General Meeting ("AGM")

The Company confirms that at today's AGM all resolutions set out in the Notice of the Meeting were duly passed on a show of hands.

A copy of all resolutions passed as special resolutions at the AGM has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.

Details of the number of proxy votes cast for, against and withheld on each resolution, as well as a copy of the Investment Manager's presentation given at the Meeting, will shortly be available on the Investment Manager's website at www.ecofin.co.uk.
