1. Gordon Resources Limited - Coalmine Royalty Entitlements - Queensland
(a) Kestrel (Rio Tinto)
The royalty received for the quarter to 30th June 2002 was A$2,522,342
compared to A$1,249,990 for the previous quarter.
(b) Crinum (Broken Hill Proprietary)
The royalty received for the quarter to 30th June 2002 was A$2,805,562
compared to A$2,552,642 for the previous quarter.
2. Minerals - Scotland
Ledmore Marble Limited was sold on 1st August 2002.
3. Canadian Coal interests
The Group continues to expand its coal interests in British Columbia.
4. Mineral Acquisition
The Group has made a number of strategic acquisitions in the gold and
pgm sectors in Canada and Australia.
