                             Holding in the Company

The Company has been informed on 16 October 2007 that, as at 15 October 2007,
AXA S.A, and its group of companies, now hold an interest in 10,417,298 ordinary
shares of 2p each in the Company. This holding represents approximately 9.86% of
the voting rights of the Company's issued share capital.

These shares are represented by a beneficial interest of 420,974 shares
(approximately 0.4% of the issued ordinary share capital) and a non-beneficial
interest of 9,996,324 shares (approximately 9.46% of the issued ordinary share
capital).

The identity of each registered holder of the shares to which this notice
relates, so far as is known to AXA Investment Managers UK Limited, as at 15
