Scrip Dividend Cancellation
Anglo Pacific Group PLC ("the Company") announces that, in accordance
with the Scrip Dividend Circular dated 27th June 2008, the Scrip
Dividend Alternative will be automatically cancelled due to the
closing ordinary share price on 18th July 2008 being below 204p.
Any elections made by shareholders pursuant to this offer will also
be cancelled.
The cash dividend of 4.35p per ordinary share for the year ended 31st
December 2007 will be paid to shareholders on 1st August 2008.
