The Company were informed on 31 March 2005 that at the close of business on 23
March 2005 Artemis Investment Management Limited, and certain of its subsidiary
companies, have a notifiable interest of 3,750,000 ordinary shares in the
Company, representing 4.30% of the issued share capital.
