Notice of AGM

ECSC Group plc (AIM: ECSC), the cyber security services provider, confirms that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2016 along with the Notice of Annual General Meeting ('AGM') and associated form of proxy was sent yesterday to its shareholders.

The Company's AGM will be held at ECSC's Security Operations Centre, 28 Campus Road, Listerhills Science Park, Bradford, BD7 1HR on Thursday 22 June 2017 at 2.00pm.

The Annual Report and Accounts, Notice of AGM and the associated proxy form are also available on the Company's website at www.ecsc.co.uk.
