Change of AIFM

The Board of Ediston Property Investment Company plc (the "Company") confirms that, with effect from 24 February 2016 and as envisaged at the time of the launch of the Company, Ediston Investment Services Limited has been appointed as the Company's alternative investment fund manager ("AIFM") in place of R&H Fund Services (Jersey) Limited ("R&H"). The Company's existing investment management agreement with R&H has been terminated and the Company has entered into a new management agreement with the AIFM on the same commercial terms as the existing agreement. R&H will continue to provide company secretarial and administration services to the Company.

In connection with this the Company has also appointed Augentius Depositary Company Limited as its depositary.
