Announcement of Interim Dividend & Rent Collection Update

 

Declaration of Interim Dividend

 

The Company declares its interim dividend (property income distribution) payment in respect of the period from 1 September 2020 to 30 September 2020 of 0.3333 pence per share, as timetabled below:

This monthly dividend of 0.3333 pence per share equates to an annualised dividend level of 4.00 pence per share and is unchanged from the previous dividend declared on 3 September. 

Rent collection update

Quarter 3rent collection

91% of the rent due for the quarter has been collected at the date of this announcement, which is in line with previous forecasts. The current dividend level is 133 % covered by rent collected (less expenses) for quarter three.

Quarter 4 rent collection

As at 7 October , 87 % of the rent due by 1 October has been collected across the portfolio. This compares to 69% paid at the same point in quarter 2 and 74% in quarter 3. If the tenants who paid their rent monthly in October continue to do so for November and December, it is projected that the Company will collect 93 % of the rent due for quarter 4, rising to 95 % once rent deferment and repayment plans are factored in.

The Company will publish   its net asset value as at 30September 2020 later this month   and expects to provide a full trading update at that time.
