Egdon Resources was informed on 1 August 2005 that JPMorgan Fleming Mercantile
Investment Trust plc (a subsidiary of J.P. Morgan Chase & Co.) has sold 250,000
shares in Egdon Resources, taking its shareholding to 4,475,907 shares (8.67%).
The Company was further informed today that JPMorgan Fleming Mercantile
Investment Trust plc has sold 261,000 shares in Egdon Resources and that
JPMorgan Fleming Mercantile Investment Trust plc now holds 3,964,907 shares in
the Company representing 7.68% of the issued share capital.
