Net Asset Value

As at the close of business on 31 March 2017, the unaudited net asset value ("NAV") per share ("NAV per Share") of EJF Investments Ltd ("EJFI" or the "Company") is as set out below:

* Based on the USD/GBP spot exchange rate of 1.25522 as at 31 March 2017.

** Assuming issuance of 1,248,000 ordinary shares (the "Warrant Shares") at the relevant exercise price pursuant to the terms of the warrants as disclosed in the Company's prospectus, the NAV per Share at the time of issue of the Warrant Shares would be diluted by approximately two pence compared to the NAV per Share as at 31 March 2017.
