Eleco plc (the 'Company')
Holding in Company
The Company was notified today by Caparo (LTI) Limited that following the sale
of 2,769,000 ordinary shares they no longer have a notifiable interest in the
Company.
Furthermore, the Company was also notified today that on 5 July 2006 Allen &
Company LLC purchased 1,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of
61.2 pence per share. Following this acquisition, they now have a total holding
of 5,552,828 ordinary shares representing 11.03 per cent. of the Company's
current issued share capital.
