Issue of Equity
and Total Voting Rights
The Board of Eleco Plc (AIM: ELCO), the AIM-listed construction software specialist, advises that the Company has issued Andreas Fänger, Head of Development, Veeuze GmbH (formerly of ESIGN Software GmbH) 27,747 new ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("the Shares"). The Shares have been issued to fulfil the third and final tranche of a software development agreement entered into on 18 November 2019 (the "Agreement"). No further share amounts are due under the Agreement.
Application has been made for 27,747 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. Admission is expected to become effective on 3 April 2023 following the end of the Company's Close Period now the Company has reported its Annual Results.
Following Admission, Eleco plc will have 83,182,397 Ordinary Shares in issue. All Ordinary Shares have equal voting rights and no Ordinary Shares are held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company immediately following Admission will therefore be 83,182,397.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
