EMIS Group plc ("the Company") announces that on 21 April 2017 an award of options over 28,241 ordinary shares of one pence each in the Company were made to Peter Southby (Chief Financial Officer) under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan ("Options"). The Options granted are nil-cost and exercisable from 21 April 2020 and are subject to performance conditions.

Following the grant of these Options Peter Southby holds a total of 120,720 Options over ordinary shares in the Company.
