Organisational changes at Ascribe

Having completed a year of integration of the Ascribe business into EMIS Group, while supporting it through its earn out period, the departure of Stephen Critchlow, Executive Chairman of Ascribe, is announced today.

The process to recruit a permanent replacement has already commenced. In the interim and as part of a planned hand over process, Chris Dickson, the current Medical Director of Ascribe, has agreed to step into the position of Interim Managing Director.

The Board wishes Stephen well for the future as he devotes more of his time to his other business interests, especially in renewable energy and in which he has been engaged part-time for the last year.
