Change of Financial Year End

Emmerson PLC announces that the board of directors have resolved that the financial year end of the Company be moved from the 31^st March to 31^st December. The change is with effect immediately with the Company's financial year end of 31^st March 2018 being changed to 31^st December 2017.

This change follows the proposed acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Moroccan Salts Limited, ("MSL") and whose group of companies has a year end of 31 December 2017.
