NOTICE OF FULL YEAR RESULTS

Empiric Student Property plc (ticker: ESP), an internally managed real estate investment trust ("REIT") investing in modern, direct-let, premium student accommodation, will announce its full year results for the period 11 February 2014 to 30 June 2015 on Monday, 14 September 2015.
