                              HOLDINGS IN COMPANY

The Company received notification on 25 July 2006 from Caledonia Investments plc
('Caledonia') that following the acquisition of 500,000 ordinary shares of 5p
each ('Ordinary Shares') on 24 July, Caledonia now hold 13.47% of the Company's
issued share capital. All of the Ordinary Shares will be registered in the name
of Caledonia Investments plc.

By virtue of the provisions of Section 203 of the Companies Act 1985, The Cayzer
Trust Company Limited ('Cayzer Trust'), a substantial shareholder in Caledonia,
is also deemed to be interested in the above mentioned shares. Cayzer Trust
itself holds 480,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.03% of the Company's issued
share capital. All of the Ordinary Shares beneficially held by Cayzer Trust are
registered in its own name.
