Company Secretary and Principal Office Change

Empyrean Energy Plc today announces the appointment of Amanda Wilton-Heald as Company Secretary. Amanda will be taking over the role of Company Secretary from Jade Styants, who resigns from the role on 31 October 2010.

Amanda will be located at the Company's principal office in Perth, which has changed effective from today to Unit 33, 22 Railway Road, Subiaco WA 6008, Australia.

The Company's registered office remains the same at 200 Strand, London WC2R 1DJ.

The Board would like to thank Jade for her contribution to the Company over the past five years and wishes her well in her future endeavours.
