London, UK - 25 October 2017 - NetScientific plc ("NetScientific", AIM:NSCI), the transatlantic healthcare IP commercialisation group, announces that Jonathan Paisner, Non-Executive Director, will be stepping down from his position on the Board with immediate effect, with the 25^th October as his final day.  

Commenting on the news, Francois Martelet, Chief Executive Officer of NetScientific said: "The Board of Directors and I would like to thank Jonathan for his contribution to NetScientific and wish him well in his future endeavours."
